Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Before Jesus went to the Father, he gave instructions to his followers to repent and change their way of thinking, for the kingdom was at hand. This would result in a new way of thinking for them. Things were no longer going to work the way they had before. He instructed them in the good news that the kingdom had begun. He healed all kinds of sickness and diseases and taught them that they could be great in this kingdom that was coming from heaven to earth. He explained how it would start small and would grow throughout the earth in the same manner that yeast multiplies in bread making, and the world would not even see it happening. He gave them the authority and ordered them to take charge of this kingdom and called them “children of the kingdom.” He gave them, and all who would hear about him through their teaching, the keys to function in this new kingdom and explained how this authority was activated by faith-filled words. He said the kingdom was like a man going into a far country and leaving his servants in charge and taught that they would be accountable for what they had accomplished when he returned. We are those people today. You will learn how this kingdom works, the authority of those in charge, and how to use your authority in the unseen realm.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In the times before time, a great and glorious kingdom named Urbanus once existed. Urbanus: The Kingdom Chronicles is an epic parable recounting the historical conflict between invisible and universal forces that perpetually contend for the hearts and minds of men. The people of Urbanus were compelled to choose between liberty and tyranny and ultimately life and death. The uniqueness of the characters in the story testifies to the reality that those who cannot rule themselves will be ruled by tyrants. The larger-than-life cast of characters in this multidimensional epic include Abner the Seer, messenger of King Salem; Wain of Lair, captain of the Northern Rangers; his brother, Lothair, lieutenant of the rangers; their ranger cohorts: the Brothers Fairn, the Men of Invar, and Lon of Mark; Macoot, the elusive chieftain of the Toon; Jurius Hanner, guardian of the Jasper Stone and grandfather of Daylin Hanner, a young daydreamer who is the chosen instrument of King Salem; Souteneur, the notorious godfather of crime and corruption of the underworld of Urbanus. They represent the forces of light. Sanballat, the evil emir of the Southern Kingdom along with a complex host of supporting personalities and creatures represent the forces of darkness.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This novel of murder and its aftermath in a small Vermont town in the 1950s is “reminiscent of To Kill a Mockingbird . . . Absorbing” (The New York Times). In Kingdom County, Vermont, the town’s new Presbyterian minister is a black man, an unsettling fact for some of the locals. When a French-Canadian woman takes refuge in his parsonage—and is subsequently murdered—suspicion immediately falls on the clergyman. While his thirteen-year-old son struggles in the shadow of the town’s accusations, and his older son, a lawyer, fights to defend him, a father finds himself on trial more for who he is than for what he might have done. “Set in northern Vermont in 1952, Mosher’s tale of racism and murder is powerful, viscerally affecting and totally contemporary in its exposure of deep-seated prejudice and intolerance . . . [A] big, old-fashioned novel.” —Publishers Weekly “A real mystery in the best and truest sense.”—Lee Smith, The New York Times Book Review A Winner of the New England Book Award

This book was released on 2019-02-12 with total page 52 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This Article IV Consultation highlights that the Dutch economy has grown faster than the euro area average over the past few years reflecting recovering consumption and investment, and strong net exports. Progress with tackling long-standing imbalances in the households and corporate sectors, and thus external imbalances, has lagged. Households remain highly leveraged and their consumption constrained by a stagnating disposable income. In the corporate sector, dominated by large multinational corporations, investment is low but savings are high, and developments are diverging with domestic small and medium enterprises relatively stagnant. Strong fiscal performance in recent years has boosted buffers that can now be used to reduce distortions and strengthen potential growth. The report recommends that it is important to harmonize tax benefits and social security contributions for different types of employment to reduce labor market duality while increasing overall labor market flexibility. Using fiscal space to address household and corporate imbalances is desirable and is unlikely to jeopardize long-term fiscal sustainability.
